दिनांक 22ndजुलाई 2023 को नेपा लिमिटेड में समावेशी विकास (Inclusive Development) विषय पर परिचर्या का आयोजन किया गया। नेपा मिल के प्रशासनिक भवन में आयोजित इस परिचर्चा की अध्यक्षता संस्था के निदेशक वित्त श्री प्रदीप कुमार नाईक ने की कार्यक्रम में संस्थान के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक (तकनीकी) श्री आर अलगेशन, उप महाप्रबंधक श्री सुरेन्द्र मेहता वरिष्ट प्रबंधक श्री सुमंत कानफाडे, श्री ज्ञानेश्वर खैरनार, कम्पनी सचिव श्रीमती पूर्णिमा पारासर सहित बड़ी संख्या में अधिकारी व कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे। इस अवसर पर संस्थान के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक / कारखाना प्रबंधक श्री आर. अलागेशन ने औद्योगिक विकास के संदर्भ में अपने विचार व्यक्त किये। परिचर्चा में भाग लेते हुये श्री प्रदीप कुमार नाईक निदेशक वित्त ने समावेशी विकास के विभिन्न आयामो पर प्रकाश डालते हुये नेपा मिल के संदर्भ में इसकी व्याख्या की तथा सभी को अपने-अपने कर्तव्यों का पालन करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन श्री यू. एस. द्विवेदी ने किया।

दिनांक 22nd अप्रैल 2023 , नेपा लिमिटेड (भारत सरकार का उपक्रम) में श्री आर.अलागेसन, मुख्य महाप्रबंधक (तकनीकी) के मुख्य आतिथ्य में पं. शिवनाथ शास्त्री स्वशासी शासकीय आयुर्वेद महाविद्यालय एवं चिकित्सालय, बुरहानपुर द्वारा आयुर्वेदिक स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। अवसर पर संस्थान के 100 से भी अधिक कर्मचारियों-अधिकारीयो का स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण कर औषधि वितरण की गयी।
