Monthly salaries to its Officers are paid in accordance with the scale of pay as approved by the Department of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Industry & Public Enterprises.Monthly salaries are being paid to the employees/workmen as per the terms of the Agreement made between the NEPA Management and the workers Representative Union.Monthly salaries of officers/employees are credited to their individual’s bank account as opted by them.
